All returns must be sent accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Prior to sending your return back to us, please call 818-567-2363 to
get a RA# (return authorization number).
The RA# MUST be written on the outside of the box. If there is no visible RA# on the box your package will be refused.
A shipping charge will be applied for any exchanges.
An RA# must be obtained within 30 days of the date you received your package.
The RA# is only good for 14 days. If your return package is not receivedwithin
the 14 days after the RA# was issued, the return/exchange will be
refused. If package is delayed due to UPS, your return/exchange will
still be granted. All products must be in new and re-useable condition.
All returns requiring a refund will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

even if free shipping requirements were met at the time of original purchase

agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in our store policy. If
there is a discrepancy on your order, please contact us within 48 hours
of receiving the merchandise.
Any items returned damaged or used will not be accepted.
